Buyer
The Buyer is the consumer who places the order and provides their details in the order form. The Buyer's details appear in the order-specific Preliminary Information Form.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Entry Mark Carpets website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Essential Characteristics of the Product
The type, size, texture, colour, applied logo or text and other essential characteristics of the product, together with the quantity and sale price, are set out in the order-specific Preliminary Information Form and in the order confirmation e-mail. For made-to-order products these characteristics follow the choices made by the Buyer in the design step.
Because the products involve craft and digital printing processes, minor variations in colour and dimensions may occur within customary industry tolerances. Deviations beyond those tolerances are treated as defects.
4. Order and Price
The cash sale price, any shipping charge and the total amount including taxes are the amounts displayed on screen during the order step and set out in the Preliminary Information Form. No fixed amount is stated in this agreement; the amount shown to the Buyer at order confirmation and recorded against the order is the amount that applies.
5. Taxes
Value added tax and any other statutory charges applied to the sale price are shown as a separate line in the order summary. For deliveries outside Türkiye, any customs duty, import charge or similar public levy arising in the destination country is payable by the Buyer and is not included in the order total.
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit or debit card through the infrastructure of iyzico (iyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.) Card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment form; Entry Mark Carpets does not see, process or store your card number, expiry date or CVV.
The order becomes final when iyzico notifies the Seller that payment has been approved. Production does not start before payment is approved.
Currency and Payment
Prices may be displayed in your regional currency. Card payments are processed through iyzico in Turkish Lira (TRY).
Where an order is displayed in a foreign currency, the exchange rate used is shown at checkout and is locked for your order. The Turkish Lira amount charged to your card is calculated using that locked rate and is recorded against your order.
If your card is not denominated in Turkish Lira, your bank may apply a further conversion using its own rate and any fee it charges. That conversion is between you and your bank and is outside the Seller's control, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the order total.
7. Order Confirmation and Production
An order confirmation e-mail is sent to the Buyer once payment is approved. For made-to-order products the expected production time is 5-7 iş günü. The product is handed to the carrier once production is complete.
8. Shipping and Delivery
The standard delivery time is 3-5 iş günü (Türkiye), starting after production is complete. The shipping charge is calculated at the order step based on the delivery country and the method selected, and is displayed on screen; no fixed shipping amount is stated in this agreement.
Delivery is made to the address given by the Buyer in the order form. The statutory delivery period under the Distance Contracts Regulation is a maximum of 30 days from the formation of the order. If delivery cannot be made within that period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement.
The Buyer should inspect the parcel on delivery and, where the packaging is crushed, torn or otherwise damaged, accept it only against a written report by the carrier. Where a damaged item is accepted without such a report, the Buyer's statutory rights in respect of defective goods nevertheless remain reserved.
Right of Withdrawal
For standard (stock, non-personalised) products, you may withdraw from this agreement within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You can send your withdrawal notice in writing or on a durable medium using the contact details below.
Where the right of withdrawal is exercised, your payment is refunded using the same payment method you used, within 14 days of the returned product reaching us.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Under Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15, goods prepared in line with the consumer's own requests or personal needs fall outside the right of withdrawal. A significant part of the Entry Mark Carpets range falls into this category:
- mats and carpets produced in a custom size specified by you,
- products printed with your logo, brand or artwork,
- products carrying text you entered,
- products made to a colour, texture or design combination you configured.
For these products the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once production has started. You are clearly informed that the product is made to order, and your confirmation is taken before the order is placed.
What this exception does not cover
The made-to-order exception does not remove your statutory rights in respect of defective goods. In the situations below you may raise a claim even if the product was personalised, and your claim will not be refused on the grounds that it was custom made:
- the product is defective (a manufacturing, material or workmanship fault),
- the wrong product was sent,
- the product does not match the size, colour, texture or design specified in your order,
- the product arrived damaged,
- the product otherwise does not conform to your order.
In these cases you may choose any of your statutory remedies under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502: free repair, replacement with a conforming product, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund. Where any of these applies, we cover the cost of return shipping.
Return Procedure
Return requests are made through the contact channels below. Once the request is approved, the product should be sent, in its original packaging and with any accessories, to the address below.

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the Buyer does not bear the return shipping cost provided the product is sent with the contracted carrier. For defective, incorrect or damaged products the Seller bears the return shipping cost in all cases.
Refunds are made using the same payment method and to the same card. Because collection through iyzico is made in Turkish Lira, the refund is likewise processed over the Turkish Lira amount collected. If your card is denominated in another currency, the amount credited to your account may differ from the original payment because of the rate your bank applies at the time of the refund. That difference arises from your bank's currency conversion and is outside the Seller's control.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before production starts. For made-to-order products, the latest point at which cancellation is free of charge is: üretime başlanmadan önce, sipariş onayından itibaren 24 saat içinde
Once production has started, cancellation of a made-to-order product may not be possible. This does not affect the Buyer's rights if the product turns out to be defective, incorrect or not in conformity with the order.
Force Majeure
Natural disasters, fire, epidemics, war, mobilisation, strikes, unforeseen interruptions in raw material supply, decisions of public authorities and similar events outside the parties' control are treated as force majeure. In such cases the Seller notifies the Buyer without delay. If the order cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement and the amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
Resolution of Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the consumer's place of residence or the place of the transaction, up to the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and of the Consumer Courts above those thresholds.
Your mandatory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved. Nothing in this agreement may be interpreted as limiting those rights.

Entry into Force
The Buyer confirms electronically at the order step that they have read and accepted this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed by the Seller. A copy of the accepted text is stored against the order and does not change if the text is updated later.
