Product and Price
The essential characteristics of the product, the quantity, the sale price including taxes and any shipping charge are shown on the order summary screen before you complete your order, and are recorded against your order. No fixed amount appears in this general form.
Payment Method
Payment is made by credit or debit card through iyzico. Your card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment form; Entry Mark Carpets does not see or store your card details.
Currency and Payment
Prices may be displayed in your regional currency. Card payments are processed through iyzico in Turkish Lira (TRY).
Where an order is displayed in a foreign currency, the exchange rate used is shown at checkout and is locked for your order. The Turkish Lira amount charged to your card is calculated using that locked rate and is recorded against your order.
If your card is not denominated in Turkish Lira, your bank may apply a further conversion using its own rate and any fee it charges. That conversion is between you and your bank and is outside the Seller's control, so the amount on your statement may differ slightly from the order total.
Delivery
Made-to-order production time: 5-7 iş günü
Standard delivery time: 3-5 iş günü (Türkiye)
The shipping charge is calculated according to the delivery country and shown in the order summary. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days from the formation of the order.
Made-to-Order Products
Products manufactured to the size, texture, colour, logo or text you selected are prepared specifically for your order. For these products the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once production has started.
However, if the product is delivered defective, incorrect, in a size that does not match your order, or damaged, the fact that it was made to order does not prevent your claim; your statutory rights are reserved.
Right of Withdrawal
For standard products you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. The exception applying to made-to-order products, and the situations that exception does not cover, are explained in detail in the Distance Sales Agreement.
Order Cancellation
The latest point at which cancellation is free of charge: üretime başlanmadan önce, sipariş onayından itibaren 24 saat içinde

Refunds are made to the card used for payment, over the Turkish Lira amount collected.
Resolution of Disputes
Disputes arising from this agreement fall within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the consumer's place of residence or the place of the transaction, up to the monetary thresholds announced annually by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and of the Consumer Courts above those thresholds.
Your mandatory rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved. Nothing in this agreement may be interpreted as limiting those rights.
